Litigation
She graduated in Law in 2010 with honors and cum laude from Università degli Studi di Milano, with a dissertation entitled “Le pratiche commerciali scorrette alla luce della disciplina generale dei contratti”.
Following her degree in law, she has been cooperating, for several years, with the Chairs of Civil Law and Institutions of Private Law at Università degli Studi di Milano and, in April 2016, she received the PhD degree from Università di Torino with a dissertation entitled “Il contratto di interest rate swap nei rapporti con imprese/privati”.
Along with her work with the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Milan, she deals with civil law, with specific reference to litigation, as well as being a member of the Supervisory Board of an S.p.A.
She is the author (and co-author) of several publications on civil and contract law.
