After graduating from high school, he graduated from the Faculty of Law of the State University of Milan with a thesis in Criminal/Canon Law entitled “The criminal protection of religious sentiment”.
He carried out the Civil Service in the field of services to disadvantaged people and, still today, he volunteers in the same field.
Immediately passed the state exam at the Court of Appeal of Milan in December 2004 upon completion of the period of practice, he has subsequently constantly taken care of his own professional updating by participating in courses and training events in civil matters and, in particular, in labor law by attending the masters “of improvement and high specialization in labor disciplines” held at the State University of Milan in the years from 2012 to 2016 and then keeping himself constantly updated on the subject.
He deals with labor law, with specific reference to the employer side.
