IT and Commercial Law
After earning her Law Degree from the Carlo Cattaneo University – LIUC in Castellanza (2012/2013 academic year), where she wrote her dissertation in corporate criminal law titled “Article 2635 of the Italian Civil Code after Law 190/12: Private-Sector Bribery?”, Veronica expanded her academic background through international experiences, including an Erasmus program at the University of Bergen (Norway) and the “Doing Business in China” Summer School at Fudan University in Shanghai.
Admitted to the Milan Bar in 2018, she has gained significant experience at leading law firms, handling both litigation and out-of-court advisory work in civil and criminal matters. Her practice covers civil liability (including medical malpractice), commercial and residential leasing, real estate, insurance law, corporate compliance — particularly Privacy and ESG — as well as corporate criminal law.
Between 2017 and 2018, she served as a conciliator at CO.RE.COM Lombardia (AGCOM), managing disputes between telecom operators and consumers. She has also worked as a secondee legal counsel for a company in the Energy & Renewable Energy sector, providing guidance on national and EU regulatory frameworks, drafting and negotiating contracts — including with public authorities — and overseeing pre-litigation matters in civil, criminal, and administrative proceedings.
In 2022, she completed a First-Level Master’s Degree in Forensic Criminology at Uniateneo, qualifying as a Forensic Criminologist.
