After obtaining a high school diploma specializing in classical studies, he graduated in law from the Università degli Studi di Milano with a dissertation in copyright law.
For several years he is chair assistant of legal informatics at the Università degli Studi di Milano.
He has always dealt with new technologies and commercial law, also at international level with specific reference to Asian markets (particularly the ASEAN area).
He interned in the year 2015 at a renowned Thai law firm, Tilleke & Gibbins, focus on IP.
In 2022, he won a research grant at the University of Cagliari in the area of GDPR within the JUST SMART project.
He is the author of several papers on new technologies and a speaker at conferences on privacy and artificial intelligence.
He is a member of DirICTo, a scientific research group in the field of new technologies.
