Litigation and Insurance Law
Following her high school diploma in classical studies, she graduated from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan with a degree in international law with a dissertation in banking law entitled “Patti di deferimento della giurisdizione e di legge applicabile nelle controversie sui contratti derivati” under the supervision Prof. Dolmetta Aldo Angelo.
After an initial work experience at Generali S.p.A in the supplementary pension and savings business, where ah had the opportunity to gain significant experience in the insurance field, he has been dealing with surety bonds for years, supporting the operations of foreign guarantors in the Italian market.
Since March 2022 she has been working with ALLegal firm where she deals with commercial insurance law and litigation.
